Return Policy
Printed books are inspected before dispatch. Where something still goes wrong, the following terms apply.
Eligibility
Returns are accepted for printing defects, missing or duplicated pages, damage in transit, or supply of an edition other than the one confirmed on your order.
Requests must reach us within 7 days of delivery for retail orders and 15 days for institutional consignments.
Condition
Books must be returned unmarked, unstamped and free of accession labels, in their original packing where possible.
Titles that have been written in, stamped, laminated or covered cannot be returned.

Write to monabooksopcpvtltd@gmail.com or call +91 73895 58814 with the order reference and photographs of the affected copies.
On approval we arrange replacement of the affected copies at our cost. Where a replacement is unavailable, the amount is refunded to the original payment method or adjusted against the institutional invoice.
Non-returnable
Custom library build-outs and made-to-order sets, once the title list has been confirmed in writing, are non-returnable except for defect or damage.
