Shipping Policy

Retail orders of stocked titles are dispatched within 2 working days of order confirmation.

Bulk and institutional orders are dispatched to the schedule confirmed in your written quote, commonly 5–15 working days depending on quantity and edition availability.

Retail deliveries typically reach metro addresses in 3–6 working days and other locations in 5–10 working days.

Bulk consignments move by surface transport and are booked to the delivery address or the nearest transport godown, as agreed.

Freight for retail orders is quoted at confirmation. Institutional freight is shown as a separate line on your quote and invoice.

Books are nil-rated under GST; any applicable tax on freight, where charged by the transporter, is passed through at actuals.
